Delaney Safety LLC provides leadership, direction and guidance to C-Suite teams down to field teams. We specialize in working at the Program-Level for Safety and Safety and Security, but offer other types of services, including:
o Evaluating Safety Programs including Cal/OSHA Injury and Illness Prevention Programs (IIPP), Corporate Safety Manuals, Code of Safe Practices, Training, and Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policies.

o Review of Safety Programs prior to proposal submittals utilizing RFPs and Cal/OSHA standards and practices.
o Review of corporate Code of Safe Practices to ensure compliance in accordance to company Scope of Work (SOW), RFP-specific Scope of Work (SOW), and Cal/OSHA standards and practices.
o Producing and updating Safety Policies, Procedures and Processes.
o Writing and producing construction Site-Specific Safety Plans working with Project Management.
o Attendance and representation of Safety compliance at Pre-Construction, Program-Level, Project-Level and Executive Leadership meetings.
o Oversight of Contractor safety tasks, roles and responsibilities including adherence to contract requirements.
o Auditing of client Contractors/Subcontractors for safety compliance on programs and projects.
o Auditing of Contractors/Subcontractors for safety management compliance.
o Assisting in overseeing corporate Risk Management Programs.
o Attending Cal/OSHA permit enforcement conferences for safety representation and compliance, as needed.
o Overseeing Safety Programs for Contractors/Subcontractors.
o Producing and implementing corporate Safety Plans of Action.
o Analyzing incidents and near miss statistical reporting utilizing client safety systems.
o Conducting safety and security audits from the Program-Level and Project-Level for compliance and adherence to contract requirements and deliverables.
o Producing a corporate Call-Tree Matrix for chain of communication during an incident, emergency or critical incident.
o Assistance with writing Cal/OSHA Emergency Action Plans.
Other experience includes:
o Partnering with internal groups for Safety compliance such as Legal, Right-of-Way and Environmental.
o Member of safety and security regional committees.
o Performing incident investigations and reporting.
o Creating Safety Committees.
o Implementing company-wide safety culture.
o Working directly with federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), which includes the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA).
o Partnering with local, state and Federal agencies for compliance.
o Working with specialty Contractors.
o Collaborating with local First Responders on multibillion-dollar infrastructure projects.
o Meeting project-specific deadlines for deliverables and project bids.
o Maintaining and implementing Cal/OSHA regulations and requirements for organizational commitment to safety.
o Partnering with Cal/OSHA Consultation as necessary for prevention of incidents.
o Facilitating and coordinating in-house safety training.
